01 - About
I'm Waris - a web developer and engineer from Cabugao, Sapad, Matanog, Maguindanao del Norte. I currently build and maintain mission-critical government systems at DSWD Region 12 under the PDBBM program.
I specialize in full-stack web applications that solve real-world problems - from case tracking platforms to inventory management systems used daily by social workers and government personnel across the region.
I grew up in a family of eight, raised by a farmer father whose quiet determination and sacrifice gave us a chance at a better life. That foundation shapes everything I build: purposeful, reliable, and made for people who need it most.
I believe great software is invisible - it just works, scales, and empowers the people who use it.
